SIR BRANCH 128 AWARDS

State Sirs Honorary Life Members - This award is given to members in a SIR’s branch who have distinguished themselves in a manner which brings them to the attention of the State Board for special recognition.  The following members of Branch 128 have been honored by this recognition:

Sir Branch 128 “William Burink Distinguished Service Award - This award was established in January 1996 to honor those members who have distinguished themselves through their many activities on behalf of the branch during their years of service. Members who have been awarded this honor are:

Target of 40 points has been established, but is subject to review.

This award can only be given once to a member, regardless of the number of points earned.  However, at 60 points earned, the Awards Committee will submit his application for a (H.L.M.) “Honorary Lifetime Membership” award to the Area Governor for a review and possibility of an award.

Gratia Tibi Award - Instituted in 1999, the Gratia Tibi Award is presented to current members who have contributed much time and energy to the success of Sirs 128.  This award was presented to the following members at the April, 1999 meeting:
